    What can a concierge service do for you?

    Concierge services are modeled after the concept of a hotel concierge, a person who makes things easier for a hotel guest. The traditional concierge is an on-call, personal assistant with contacts, connections, knowledge and experience. Service is key for a concierge. The concierge is the point person for virtually any and all services a guest may require.

    "Call My People" Concierge serves as the point person for clients who want to streamline their daily, weekly or monthly "routine" tasks and outsource them to a reliable "assistant." CMP Concierge clients request regular services and/or contract with us for projects such as: organizing a home office, planning and implementing a holiday party, making over a home space to de-clutter, or running those much-needed errands.

    Can I ask Call My People Concierge to do anything?

    Yes! We make arrangements for all sorts of home services: finding a yard service, pet grooming, taking and picking up laundry/dry cleaning, regular grocery shopping, pool cleaners or picking up Grandma from the airport. We like helping with home office or small business projects, direct mail projects, newsletters, filing systems, billing/finance systems, online bill pay, banking, business writing or marketing projects.

    We have experience caring for senior loved ones making medical and dental appointments, securing home medical equipment, retrieving prescription medicines, setting up hair/nail appointments and provide transportation to and from appointments as needed. We help you care for pets with veterinarian appointments and grooming services.

    If you do it and need help with it, just ask. We will make every effort to accommodate any reasonable request.

    "Call My People" Concierge works like a trusted assistant. We offer a FREE CONSULTATION and recommend this as our first visit. At that session, we discuss the client's needs, make lists of required services and schedules, and get to work. We provide people with the right qualifications to do your tasks. We provide bonded staff and carry insurance on the work we do.

    Our goal is your complete satisfaction. "Call My People" Concierge provides convenient, respectable and professional service that gives you flexibility with your time and helps you prioritize the things you want and need to do.

    We do a variety of work for busy individuals/professionals, small/medium businesses, employee groups, nonprofit organizations, service clubs, apartment residents, small construction offices, corporations and visitors to the Dallas/Ft. Worth area.

    What do concierge services cost?

    Most of our clients are surprised at how quickly we can get things done. We're efficient and effective, and price our services based on our experience in knowing who can best help you, and how much time we will need. Because we are experienced and have a reliable network of people in the Metroplex, our prices are surprisingly affordable and keep our clients coming back!

    We have service plans and packages for hourly, weekly and monthly regular services, as well as custom buiness plans, special projects/events or à la carte services.

    How do I pay for your services?

    Paying for services is easy and convenient for every client. "Call My People" Concierge accepts most major credit cards, checks, and cash. Payment is required as services are rendered or according to the terms and conditions of your contract.

    What areas are your services available in?

    "Call My People" has a primary service area covering North Dallas, Plano, Carrollton, Addison, Frisco, Allen, The Colony, and McKinney. We can arrange services in other Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex areas, state-wide or nation-wide.

    How do I contact you for your services?

    We'd like to meet you, get acquainted, and set up your initial services in person during a FREE CONSULTATION appointment, at your convenience. "Call My People" Concierge is also available by phone, email, AIM (cmpconcierge) or online at http://www.callmypeopleconcierge.com. "Call My People" recommends a minimum of 24 hours to coordinate and complete most service requests. We will do our very best to accommodate "emergency" or last-minutes requests as quickly as possible; however, we will require an additional service fee.

    What are your hours of operation?

    Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

    Saturday & Sunday - By appointment only and weekend hours/rates apply

    Holidays - By appointment only/special rates apply

    What is a special purchases account?

    "Call My People" Concierge Special Purchases Accounts are a way of paying for goods or services apart from our standard service packages/programs.

    There are two ways to pay for additional services:

    1. Special Depository Account - A client deposits funds with CMPC to be held in trust and used as services are provided. No additional fees will be applied for depositing and holding funds for services and a statement will be provided each month for your record.

    2. Special Purchases Account - When a client has not deposited or prepaid any additional funds for purchases, CMPC can purchase goods upfront for you. However, before the client receives these purchases, the total amount, plus a 5% up-charge will be billed to the client via their preferred method of payment.

    Is my personal information safe?

    CMP Concierge understands that your home, credit cards and personal information must be closely guarded information. Security and safety is our paramount concern. As a preferred client, your personal information is confidential and secure. All CMP Concierge staff are screened with background checks, drug testing and are bonded.
